Markings:
Signed R. de Trobriand and dated 1876 (ll); inscribed General de Trobriand on an old label affixed to the stretcher
Condition:
Frame rubbing. Scattered craquelure throughout. There are three small touches of inpaint clustered together in the sky at the center right. There is no further restoration visible under UV light.
